Cakes

Michelle can point you in the right direction for your desired wedding cake, or you are most welcome to bring your own.

Michelle works closely with Celebration Cakes who she believes are the specialists in producing customised Wedding cakes. They have Sydney's largest display of centre piece cakes at Sydney's largest and most comprehensive showroom, with lots of accessories to match all on display.

Celebration Cakes offer an extensive variety of cakes and a total service which includes hand delivery and total individuality for your design. Michelle believes Celebration Cakes can make the cake of your dreams that will add to the memories of your life time!

Michelle has a few handy tips to remember when picking your Wedding Cake:

  1. How many guests are attending?
  2. Will you want to keep a tier?
  3. Will the cake be served as a dessert or with coffee?
  4. What type of filling do you like best?
  5. Do you want your cake to match the rest of the theme of your wedding?

Bonbonniere

Why not give your guests a special gift to remember your special day by?

Meet our Executive Chef - Mark Taylor
Our Executive Chef, Mark Taylor is totally committed to ensuring the finest quality food and the highest standards in service.

Mark’s passion for food and wine began in London and France in 1988 and has since fuelled a journey of international culinary experiences and career achievements.

After training at City & Guilds of London, Mark worked at various award winning UK restaurants and prestigious establishments in Bath (French), Kent (classic British) and London including Amberley Castle (3AA Rossettes and RAC Blue Ribbon).

Onboard Cunard’s flagship QE11 and Disney Cruise Lines, Mark demonstrated his skills in delivering world class catering standards for large volumes. In April 2008, Mark was promoted to Executive Chef at Luna Park Sydney after 4 years as Head Chef.

Mark said that he was initially attracted to Luna Park because of their restaurant quality philosophy to food and service.

Mark creates exciting menu choices with fresh Australian produce, exclusively for Bridal couples at the Crystal Palace!
